The Info

  • The Heart and Soul Event Co. Coordination and Styling package has been created to support you with the look and design of your day specifically. Offering comprehensive one on one support from your own event stylist, throughout the planning stages and on the day during execution. Suitable for the couple hosting their day across one or more event locations.

    • Initial consultation to understand your event day vision in detail

    • Support throughout your wedding planning, via phone, video and email (24-48hr response times)

    • Styling budget management

    • Creation of a personalised styling concept

    • Sourcing of suppliers in relation to styling of your wedding

    • Full management of styling elements and props

    • Access to client portal

    • Wedding day run sheet and floorplan creation

    • Final handover meeting:

      This is the best part, when you run us through the final order of events….then ‘phew’ you can rest knowing you’ve handed over to the professionals!!

    • Liaise with all wedding suppliers to ensure smooth running of event

    • Attendance of wedding rehearsal

    • Coordination of ceremony + PDDs, covers your ceremony entrance up until start of reception

    • Full management of all suppliers and wedding styling

    • Onsite contact for your vendors and guests, should any issues arise

  • Packages start at $3,950.00 +GST

Having a stylist on board will alleviate all that pressure on you on the day of your wedding. It takes a lot of work and time to style an entire venue, and the less you need to worry about doing on the morning of your wedding, the better! You can relax in the knowledge that you have a pro taking care of everything and making sure it looks the way you want it to, so you can get on with enjoying your day. Our team of styling queens will help coordinate all the decor suppliers and ensure that every element is in place and the styling is fine-tuned and looking stunning before you make your grand entrance!

Break down and pack away

There is nothing more anticlimactic after your big day than waking up to the clean! Our Team here at Heart and Soul Events will be on hand to make sure everything is deconstructed and packed away for collection by any rental suppliers, in a timely and efficient manner. You can rest assured that your venue will be left as you found it without roping in your tired (and possibly somewhat hungover) family to do the tidying up first thing in the morning. All you should be worrying about is making sure you have your passport in hand and a Uber booked to whisk you off to the airport for your honeymoon!
